• Levels A and B are limited to one method book piece.
  

• Pieces should have musical value and show some expression.

• Pieces should be at least 12 measures in length without repeats.

Click the "forms" link above or at the left in order to access all necessary forms. Fill them out using your computer then print. Send them to the individual who matches your "teacher code."

Teachers submit the following by the Postmark Deadline:

• One application for each student

• One Judges rating sheet for each student

  • In addition each studio must:
    Submit a roster of student applicants listed in alphabetical order complete with the "student number." On your roster, write or type "No Recital" after a student's name ONLY if that student is UNAVAILABLE for the Honors Recital even if he/she receives an S.

    • Creating Student Numbers: Example: If the teacher's code = BB then each students is numbered on the list sequentially as BB-1, BB-2, BB-3, etc.

  • NOTE: This same "student number" is also included on each student's application in the box marked "Student Number."
